We are seeking an experienced Machinist with 8 to 10 years of CNC programming, CNC operation, and manual lathe expertise for a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM position paying up to $30–$35/hour. This role offers the unique opportunity to step beyond traditional, full-time machining by diversifying your skill set into valve and actuator automation, where you will build, test, and integrate ball, butterfly, and plug valve assemblies driven by both electric and pneumatic systems. Alongside custom machining work, you will expand your technical knowledge into product quality control, incoming goods inspection (with complete training provided during your first week), and small-team coordination, helping to scale shop operations and drive company growth.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Machinist with 8–10 years of experience who wants to expand beyond standard, all-day machining. You will combine precision CNC programming/operation and manual lathe work with valve actuation and assembly. 

Key Responsibilities

• Machining: Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual lathes.
  
  
• Valve Automation: Assemble and test valve systems (plug, butterfly, ball valves) with electric and pneumatic actuators.
  
  
• Quality Control: Perform incoming product inspection and maintain internal QC standards (training provided in Week 1).
