At our core, we manufacture high-reliability electronic assemblies that power the world’s most cutting-edge technologies. When our products hit the field, failure isn't an option. That’s why we’re looking for an Electronics Quality Control Inspector who possesses a sharp eye, zero tolerance for mediocrity, and a passion for perfection.
As our frontline defense, you won't just be looking at circuit boards—you'll be hunting down microscopic flaws before they ever leave our doors.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Precision Tech: Spend your days diving deep into complex PCBAs under high-magnification microscopes.
- Real Impact: Catch defects, verify reworks, and directly protect the integrity of industry-defining hardware.
- Peak Comfort: Work inside a clean, modern, fully climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Total Package: Competitive hourly pay, robust health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holidays.
- ISO 9001 expertise (Active certification or formal training required).
- Microscope mastery with proven experience inspecting fine-pitch SMT and through-hole assemblies.
- Eagle-eye defect detection (bridging, misalignments, cold solder joints—IPC-A-610 knowledge is a huge plus).
- Digital literacy to log NCRs and pass/fail data seamlessly in our system.
