- Inspect & Troubleshoot: Run final quality assurance (QA) tests and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues to make sure every build meets strict performance standards.
- Innovate & Mentor: Work with engineers to refine designs and help train newer technicians as you grow into an expert.
- Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) with a background in electrical/mechanical assembly preferred.
- Technical Chops: Comfortable reading schematics and skilled with hand tools and test gear (multimeters, micrometers, dial indicators).
- Attention to Detail: Pride in clean soldering, organized workstations, and hitting high quality standards every single time.
