These positions are primarily focused on high-voltage testing, with additional low-voltage electronic testing depending on the opportunity.
What you may be doing:
- Perform high-voltage and low-voltage electronic testing
- Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level
- Test circuit boards, power supplies, electrical assemblies, and finished units
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot testers, power supplies, and signal generators
- Perform voltage, current, resistance, continuity, functional, and performance testing
- Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and test procedures
- Diagnose failures involving PCBs, wiring, transformers, relays, connectors, and power components
- Perform or assist with soldering, electronic rework, and component replacement
- Retest repaired equipment and document results
- Follow ESD, electrical safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Responsibilities
- Perform high-voltage and low-voltage testing, with a primary focus on high-voltage electronic and electrical systems
- Set up and operate test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, Hi-Pot testers, and signal generators
- Test electronic components, circuit boards, power supplies, assemblies, and finished units
- Perform functional, continuity, resistance, current, voltage, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot electronic assemblies to the component level
- Diagnose failures involving circuit boards, wiring, connectors, relays, transformers, and power components
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and test procedures
- Perform Hi-Pot and dielectric withstand testing as required
- Identify defective components and assist with repair, soldering, wiring, and rework
- Retest repaired units to verify proper operation
- Document test results, failures, and corrective actions
- Follow ESD, electrical safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
