Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Prepare, calibrate, and operate industrial manufacturing machinery according to job specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to guarantee compliance with strict quality standards.
- Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor operational issues, and clear machine jams to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to company guidelines, OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Production & Inventory Logging: Track material usage, report defective items, and accurately document daily output in production logs.
- 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Production Tracking: Accurately track material usage, log shift output, report defective items, and update digital or paper production logs daily.
