Responsibilities
Conduct routine testing of in-process materials, raw materials, samples, and finished
materials to ensure quality control of products at the point of production, shipping, and
arrival upon the job site.
• Complete all required reports in a timely and accurate manner, interpreting, documenting,
and storing the results.
• Log quality and product issues in ISO quality platforms (SCM & CORE)
• Oversee US Performance Coatings ISO systems.
• Communicate test results in a timely manner to account managers (after review with
Operations Manager).
• Troubleshoot problems and review basic product specifications. Inspect, calibrate, and
maintain testing equipment periodically.
• Conduct routine inspections of the plant equipment in order to ensure safe, reliable, and
compliant operations to maximize production and minimize interruptions.
• Packaging and label samples and shipments to meet all appropriate regulatory standards.
• Work in a safe and healthy manner observing all Stahl USA procedures in the SH & E
Manual
• Maintain lab and plant quality testing equipment and accessories to ensure calibration and
calibration records are up to date and ISO9001:2015 compliant
