Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, setup, and troubleshooting on pharmaceutical process equipment (electrical, pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical systems) in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols (including LOTO).
- Serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting compression (Cadmach, Fette) and encapsulation (ACG, Bosch) equipment, directly resolving issues like weight variation, capping, double capping, sticking, picking, and mechanical faults.
- Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PMs) within allocated timeframes to optimize productivity, improve equipment efficiency, and minimize downtime and changeover times.
- Rapidly diagnose machine failures and implement innovative, sound technical solutions to safely restart equipment and meet business needs.
- Complete accurate documentation in Batch Records, machinery logbooks, parts logs, and "One Point Lesson" troubleshooting forms.
- Proactively communicate equipment deterioration, recommend maintenance/safety improvements, and maintain a clean, organized work area with 100% operational functionality.
- Work independently across any department station, assist Supervisors when required, and support the training of other team members.
