What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing schematics to life: Translate engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs into flawless electronic assemblies.
- Mastering the bench: Perform precision hand-soldering (through-hole and surface-mount/SMT), wire harness routing, and micro-component placement.
- Owning quality: Visually inspect your work (and your team's) to meet IPC-A-610 standards. Zero defects is the goal.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Use multimeters and continuity testers to verify connectivity and catch bugs before product heads out the door.
- Keeping it clean & safe: Follow strict ESD protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Hands-on experience with precision soldering (both SMT and through-hole) and standard bench tools.
- Sharp attention to detail, steady hands, and excellent color vision (for color-coded wiring and components).
- The ability to read blueprints and technical instructions without needing someone to hold your hand.
- A natural curiosity to learn new skills, machinery, and techniques.
- IPC-A-610 certification or familiarity is a huge plus, but we care most about your skill and drive.

Responsibilities
- Position and attach micro-components, resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Perform hand soldering (through-hole and surface-mount technology / SMT) to establish reliable electrical connections. IPC-A-610 familiarity
- Route, strip, crimp, and connect wires, cables, and wire harnesses into enclosures or chassis.
- Use basic test equipmentsuch as multimeters, continuity testers, and oscilloscopes to verify electrical connectivity and operational functionality.
