Job Responsibilities Outline
I. Core Daily Responsibilities
- Production & Machine Operation: Safely operate equipment to fill bulk adhesives/sealants into cartridges or containers; manage in-line pigmenting, vat cleaning, and material reclaim per SOPs.
- Quality & Documentation: Verify raw materials, track lot numbers (4-eye checks), generate/apply barcode and date labels, and log output into ERP.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain SHE standards, wear PPE, correct hazards, retain line-stop authority, and upkeep 5S organization.
- Maintenance: Execute routine operator-level cleaning and minor mechanical troubleshooting.
- Grade I (Base): Standard filling, labeling, reclaim, ERP entry, and optional PIT/Forklift operation.
- Grade II (Intermediate): Run 2+ machine types or complex pigmenting lines; troubleshoot fluid line dynamics; assist with cycle counts.
- Senior Operator (Advanced): Cross-functional versatility (Mixing to Shipping), train junior operators, lead CI projects, and provide cover for shift leadership.
- Safety & Quality: Zero safety incidents, 100% order accuracy, low return rates.
- Efficiency & Uptime: High OEE, minimal material variance, optimized labor utilization, high 5S audit scores.
