We are looking for a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our industrial refrigeration and climate control systems. salary: $83,200 - $97,760 per year

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial Ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, motor controls, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Service facility HVAC units, compressors, and chillers to keep operations running at peak efficiency.
- Must have hands-on Ammonia refrigeration experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Must have direct experience troubleshooting PLCs (PLC logic/diagnostics).
- Background with industrial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work 1st shift with weekend availability during peak season or critical line calls.
