- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, drives, clutches, and bearings.
- Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints.
- Perform maintenance welding, cutting, and basic machine shop fabrication.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs (ladder logic), and robotics (higher-level candidates).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or Journeyman Certification preferred.
- 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; electrical, PLC, and robotics experience required for advanced tier.
- Must bring basic hand tools and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
• Must be able to perform general repairs using mechanical equipment and hand tools
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication and electrical prints
• Disassemble and repair clutch and brake assemblies, and shaft bearing and seal assemblies
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuit components, electrical control systems, motion controls, robotic systems down to component level, lubrication systems and components, pneumatic schematics and prints
• Troubleshoot and repair gear, belt, and chain drives
