Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Load programs, make offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate adjustments
- Change tooling and perform basic machine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
