We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will assemble mechanical and electrical components to produce commercial ventilation units. You will follow blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and perform quality checks to ensure all finished units meet Systemair’s strict manufacturing standards. Responsibilities

Assemble HVAC components, fans, and large air handling units according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Tool Usage: Utilize manual hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools (e.g., drills, rivet guns, impact drivers) to fasten sheet metal, frames, and internal components. Wiring & Electrical Prep: Route basic electrical wiring, assist with control box installations, or assemble fan harnesses. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions. Comfort using hand, power, and air tools safely. Sheet metal or HVAC assembly.
