Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Direct, coach, and schedule maintenance personnel across two shifts, building a skilled, cross-trained organization through structured training and clear accountability.
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime using our CMMS.
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on automated manufacturing systems, PLCs, HMIs, electrical systems up to 480V, and mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Facilities Management: Manage building infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and life-safety systems to ensure clean, safe, and fully compliant facilities.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs, and ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local building codes.
- Capital Projects & Budgets: Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, oversee spare parts inventory, and lead capital expenditure projects alongside outside contractors and vendors.
- Continuous Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Minimum of 8 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience managing supervisors and technicians in a multi-shift operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field (equivalent trade certifications and significant leadership experience will be considered).
- Technical knowledge of PLCs, automated controls, industrial electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proven track record managing capital projects, maintenance budgets, and CMMS-driven operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards including OSHA, EPA, and NFPA.

- Capital Projects & Vendors: Plan and execute facility cap-ex projects, manage contractor activities, and oversee equipment installations on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, TPM, 5S, and root cause analysis initiatives using CMMS data to minimize downtime and enhance plant efficiency.
