In this role, you will work directly alongside the Warehouse Manager to drive daily operational excellence, supervise staff, maintain inventory precision, and enforce strict workplace safety standards. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking,
packing, and shipping
• Supervise and support warehouse associates; assist with scheduling, training, and
performance coaching
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation
• Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations
• Support workflow planning and labor allocation to meet productivity targets
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as necessary
• Resolve order discrepancies, damages, and operational issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, productivity, and staffing
• Act as Warehouse Manager in their absence when required
