What You'll Be Doing: You’ll play a hands-on, foundational role in our commercial baking process, keeping the production floor running smoothly:
- Manually load and mix large quantities of quality baking ingredients into industrial equipment
- Monitor machine settings, batch timing, and product consistency
- Ensure every batch meets our high-quality standards before heading down the line
- Hours: Stable, full-time schedule, primarily Monday–Friday (with occasional mandatory Saturdays when demand spikes).
- Environment: A fast-paced, supportive physical role with great long-term stability and career growth.
salary: $19.5 - $19.51 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
