Responsibilities
- Rigorously observe all OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols.
- Conduct complex electrical and mechanical servicing on packaging machinery and power distribution panels.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines promptly.
- Track and document all servicing, equipment repairs, inventory usage, and special projects.
- Oversee proper daily operational startups and shutdowns of facility machinery.
- Inspect, service, and repair mechanical conveyors, electronic setups, and industrial machinery.
- Diagnose operational failures through visual and auditory inspections of active mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical components of conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with management to design and refine protocols that elevate equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Log all adjustments made to plant machinery.
- Deliver daily operational training and mentorship to Machine Operators and Maintenance Mechanics.
- Carry out additional operational duties as assigned.
