The candidate must be capable of taking an unfamiliar mold, launching it, and developing the entire molding process from scratch. Responsibilities include authorizing full production following first-piece approvals, performing mold and material changes, executing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting presses, screw assemblies, and auxiliary equipment. Additionally, the role manages real-time tracking in IQMS—including downtime coding, scrap data entry, and cycle counts—while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, 6S standards, and quality inspection logs.
