We are looking for an Order Management/Inventory Planning Analyst to join our friendly, supportive operations team. In this job, you will help process customer orders, check inventory levels, and make sure products get sent to the right warehouses on time. This role is a great fit if you like working with numbers, enjoy solving day-to-day problems, and are happy to jump in and help teammates when things get busy. Responsibilities

• Enter and check new orders coming in through automated system feeds and email messages using our order software (Sage).
  
  
• Check product stock daily, set aside items for orders, and talk with sales reps if items are out of stock or need approval.
  
  
• Keep inventory tracker spreadsheets updated in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  
  
• Send approved orders to our California and Washington warehouses so they can be packed and shipped.
  
  
• Work closely with teammates to share the workload and help clean up order issues when things get busy.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Pivot Tables.
  
  
• ERP Systems: Prior hands-on experience using an ERP system (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) to expedite order entry and tracking.
  
  
• Order Processing Experience: Background in order fulfillment, account administration, or inventory allocation.
  
  
• Core Competencies: High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, curiosity toward process improvement, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
