We are hiring a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, safety, and team performance on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, driving safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met.
⚠️ This position requires manufacturing leadership experience. Candidates without manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production team members during 1st shift operations
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and staffing to meet daily production targets
- Train, coach, and develop production employees
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead
- Extensive knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and workflow management
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm
