- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic maintenance (military technical training strongly welcomed).

Responsibilities
Your Impact & Core Responsibilities
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our operational success. You will keep our facility running efficiently by mastering high-level maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine scheduled maintenance following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- System Monitoring: Actively track equipment performance signals and resolve operational anomalies.
- Precision Logging & Pass-Down: Maintain accurate shift logs and conduct clear end-of-shift pass-downs to ensure seamless cross-shift communication.
- Vendor & Engineer Collaboration: Partner with senior personnel, engineers, and OEM equipment vendors to solve tough breakdown challenges.
- Mentorship & Quality: Maintain and optimize SOPs while helping train and upskill junior technicians.
