Are you a skilled technician who thrives in a high-speed manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Tech to help power our daily operations! In this hands-on role, you will keep our plant operating safely and smoothly by diagnosing, servicing, and repairing production machinery and core facility equipment. Partnering directly with operators and facility leadership, you’ll tackle real-time technical issues on the floor, eliminate unwanted downtime, uphold rigorous safety practices, and drive maximum equipment dependability across every shift.

salary: $62,000 - $66,560 per year

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Follow and uphold all OSHA safety regulations and plant safety standards at all times.
  
  
• Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on high-speed packaging machinery, electrical panels, and power distribution systems.
  
  
• Conveyor System Care: Routinely inspect, align, and service both the mechanical drives and electrical controls of plant conveyor networks.
  
  
• Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Efficiently diagnose machine issues on the floor by analyzing mechanical sounds, visual cues, and control signals.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Complete scheduled PM tasks thoroughly and on time to prevent breakdowns and extend machine life.
  
  
• Documentation & CMMS: Log all maintenance work, machine adjustments, parts used, and PM completions accurately in our CMMS and tracking software.
  
  
• Operational Line Support: Assist with daily machine startup and shutdown routines to ensure smooth production handoffs.
  
  
• Operator Support: Provide practical guidance and operational support to Machine Operators to keep equipment running smoothly.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback to help refine maintenance routines and support ongoing efforts to increase equipment reliability.
  
  
• General Duties: Carry out additional technical assignments and operational tasks as needed.
