Electronic Assembler Opening!  Send updated resume to brandon.frey@randstadusa.com The Assembly Operator supports the hands-on assembly, wiring, inspection, and production of electronic and electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for candidates with assembly, production, wiring, or electronics experience who are looking for competitive pay, very good benefits, a great schedule, and long-term career potential. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.  

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products, components, and subassemblies

• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and production documentation

• Complete wiring, cable assembly, crimping, fastening, and basic hand assembly tasks

• Use hand tools, small power tools, and production equipment safely and accurately

•Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship

• Support soldering, rework, and repair tasks as needed based on experience

• Maintain accuracy while working with small parts, hardware, and electronic components

• Document completed work and report any issues, defects, or missing materials

• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily goals

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
