Responsibilities

• Execute PM Schedules: Carry out routine preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical (AC/DC systems), mechanical setups, and plumbing.
  
  
• Refrigeration Monitoring: Assist with or oversee ambient and temperature-controlled storage environments (including specialized refrigeration units like ammonia systems in distribution centers).
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and facility-related equipment failures to minimize operational downtime.
  
  

Building & Grounds Upkeep

• Interior & Exterior Maintenance: Perform general structural repairs on walls, flooring, doors, dock plates, roofing, and exterior grounds.
  
  
• Sanitation & Facility Standards: Maintain cleanliness, order, and overall appearance standards across the building.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:
