Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and install industrial packaging machinery and facility systems.
- Parts & Fabrication: Repair and rebuild replacement components using standard shop equipment (drills, saws, grinders, presses, etc.).
- Piping & Electrical: Perform piping installations and basic electrical troubleshooting on industrial systems.
- Safety & Quality: Adhere strictly to proper safety practices and ensure equipment is operating to produce high-quality results.
- Operations Support: Perform mandatory overtime when business needs arise, along with additional duties requested by management.
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and electrical measurement tools.
- Understanding of basic industrial motor control (480V).
- Hands-on proficiency with basic and precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with general shop equipment (drills, saws, grinders, presses).
- Having your own set of tools is a plus!
- Standard hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work weekends and mandatory overtime when necessary.
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
