We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer-controlled machinery to produce high-precision components that meet exact engineering specifications. salary: $65,000 - $83,000 per year

Responsibilities

Load raw materials into CNC machines, load and set up tooling, calibrate offsets, and run precision machining operations (milling, turning, routing, or grinding).

Measure finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMMs) to ensure strict adherence to blueprint specifications and tolerances.

Select and load correct numerical control programs, perform test runs (dry runs), monitor machine operations for unusual noises or tool wear, and adjust speeds/feeds as necessary.
