Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Operations
- Manage and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, corrective maintenance (CM), and critical lab calibrations.
- Establish and drive an autonomous maintenance program to educate and empower team members on proper equipment care.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual work instructions for equipment care and servicing.
- Maintain and manage inventory for critical spare parts across all production equipment; manage site asset tagging.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute total plant shutdown activities.
- Manage and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, corrective maintenance (CM), and critical lab calibrations.
- Facilities, Utilities & Safety
- Oversee facility upkeep, including fire/safety systems, groundskeeping, and critical utilities (boilers, compressors, cooling water, heating, and refrigeration).
- Authorize Safe Work permits for internal employees and third-party contractors.
- Enforce site safety and security standards, ensuring strict contractor compliance.
- Handle or oversee site cleaning and sanitization protocols.
- Oversee facility upkeep, including fire/safety systems, groundskeeping, and critical utilities (boilers, compressors, cooling water, heating, and refrigeration).
