We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently to designated destinations, conducting vehicle inspections, loading/unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate transport logs while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Drive medium-duty commercial vehicles (single vehicles with a GVWR over 26,001 lbs, or towing a trailer under 10,000 lbs) in compliance with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety guidelines.
  
  
• Loading & Cargo Handling: Secure loads using straps or chains, verify freight against bills of lading, and perform manual loading/unloading using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or lift gates as required.
  
  
• Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip vehicle inspections (DVIR), perform basic maintenance (checking fluids, tire pressure), and report mechanical issues immediately.
  
  
• Documentation & Logs: Maintain electronic logging devices (ELD) or paper logbooks, track delivery schedules, and obtain customer delivery signatures.
  
  
• Customer Interface: Represent the company professionally during client stops, handling delivery inquiries and resolving site-access issues on the spot.
