We are seeking a top-tier Industrial Maintenance Technician II to serve as the mechanical and electrical backbone of our Memphis facility. Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of basic electricity, electronics, NEC, NFPA 70E, and safety standards.
- Plan wiring layouts, equipment, and fixtures per specifications and local codes.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduits.
- Install control and distribution devices (switches, outlets, relays, breaker panels).
- Wire breakers, transformers, lighting, thermostats, signals, and power equipment.
- Verify circuit connections for electrical compatibility and component safety.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty components (transformers, breakers, fuses, motors, generators).
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot engines, motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machinery using prints, manuals, and specifications.
- Inspect worn parts with rules, calipers, micrometers, and precision instruments to determine dimensional needs.
- Reduce downtime by guiding production staff on routine maintenance and tracking compliance.
- Manage stock levels, anticipate needs, order, expedite, and verify maintenance parts and supplies.
- Serve as a technical resource by answering mechanical maintenance inquiries.
