Responsibilities
As a 1st Shift Production Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role on the shop floor supporting high-tech CNC laser cutting machinery. You'll be the backbone of the daily production, loading raw materials, unloading freshly cut precision parts, deburring edges to perfection, and keeping the quality standard second to none.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Loading & Unloading: Safely load raw sheet metal onto laser tables and unload processed metal parts and skeletons post-cut.
- Deburring & Part Finishing: Smooth sharp edges, burrs, and dross from laser-cut parts
- Quality Control: Perform visual and dimensional checks to ensure every part meets customer specs.
- Organization & Staging: Stack, tag, and palletize finished components neatly for downstream processing or shipping.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 6+ months in manufacturing, metal fab, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred. Great entry-level candidates with strong reliability are encouraged to apply!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Schedule: Available for 1st Shift Monday - Friday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and weekends as production demands.
