A leading, family-oriented manufacturer with 60 years of success—is seeking a self-driven, team-oriented Skilled Supply Chain Supervisor for our state-of-the-art, 78,000 sq/ft facility.
What You'll Do:
- Build Up Your People:
- Drive order fulfillment individual and team goals across all categories.
- Collaborates with other supervisors and team leads to ensure updates are implemented and changes are made to the second shift process as needed.
- Conducts team meetings and shift huddles.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring of 2nd shift team.
- Managing team members within the company human resource software. Approving weekly payroll, personal time off and disciplinary actions.
- Day to Day:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of operations by providing input to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
- Reviews and maintains productivity standards for the order selection teams within the warehouse management system.
- Reports damages and/or vendor compliance issues to the proper channel within our system
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the nightly loading of all outbound shipments.
- Ensure processes are followed and mispicks are minimized.
- Moves incoming or outgoing products throughout the distribution center by hand, hand truck, or material handling equipment.
- Ensure the team meets safety standards.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
salary: $70,000 - $73,000 per year

Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Order Fulfilment Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Order Fulfillment employees and managing the 2nd shift Distribution Center operations. Our Distribution Center is temperature controlled, ranging anywhere from 70 degrees in the ambient section to 40 degrees on the loading dock to 34 degrees in the cooler section to 0 degrees in the freezer section. This is a fast-paced position that requires great attention to detail, utilizing warehouse management system.
