What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!):
- Evaluating and verifying that our products are being manufactured correctly!
- Double-checking that the quantities in our standard packs are absolutely perfect.
- Kicking things off right by completing a first part approval on all start-up jobs.
- Inspecting the Last Tagged Part in containers that are delivered to the final audit.
- Acting as our quality superhero by immediately reporting any problems to the shift supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor.
- Playing detective to enter non-conformances for any defective or mislabeled product.
- Slapping a hold tag on containers and arranging for defective products to take a timeout in the Quality Hold area.
- Auditing our manufacturing cells to verify operators are following instructions and using the correct materials and packaging.
- Ensuring that every product meets our strict visual requirements.
- Coaching and instructing machine operators on any needed corrections.
- Verifying that incoming products meet dimensional, visual, and quantity compliance.
- Keeping our workspace safe and sparkling by checking for cleanliness, keeping aisles clear, and keeping supplies neat and organized.
- Helping out with any other tasks requested by the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager!
- A High school diploma is absolutely mandatory for this role.
- An Associates degree (or better!) is highly preferred.
- Awesome general computer skills, with a specific focus on MS Office Suite and FileMaker.
- You must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Responsibilities
Complete a first part approval per standard procedure on all start up jobs

and Quality Supervisor immediately
Enter a non-conformance for any defective or mislabeled product, place a
hold tag on each container and arrange for the defective product to be
moved to the Quality Hold area for disposition
