Pay & Shifts
- Pay: $21.64/hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Overtime & Weekends: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Assemble and install components for heavy-duty trucks

Responsibilities
Assembly & Installation
- Position, bolt, screw, and fasten parts to build subassemblies, including doors, seats, and steering columns.
- Assemble and install truck systems, including frames, cabs, engines, axles, hydraulics, electrical, and air systems.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Use overhead cranes and rigging equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect parts for defects and verify proper fit and installation.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete required production forms and documentation.
- Participate in department initiatives designed to improve production processes and efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic hand or power tool experience preferred.
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a union environment.
- Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
- Hiring Process: Please allow approximately 2 weeks to complete the hiring process before starting work.
