Responsibilities
- Pick correct quantities, part numbers, and materials from warehouse storage locations based on pick lists and customer orders.
- Box products and pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying that all components meet customer order specifications and notes.
- Utilize scan devices, paperless order management systems, or wearable technology to scan storage locations and move inventory directly to orders.
- Weigh product using proper scales and maintain packaging supplies, order records, and shipping paperwork.
- Deliver complete pallets to designated staging areas using manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Inspect containers, packaging materials, and finished pallets to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.
- Assist with inbound receiving, loading and unloading freight, stocking pick/pack areas, and performing inventory cycle counts.
- Report defective items, inventory shortages, product damage, or safety hazards to supervisors or leads.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to all safety compliance guidelines.
