Your Daily Impact:
- Assign daily tasks, monitor shift production schedules, and provide direct hands-on support to keep operations running smoothly.
- Onboard, cross-train, and mentor team members on standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks, enforce safety and housekeeping protocols, keep accurate production logs, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams.
- Help identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot daily floor challenges, and champion continuous process improvements.
salary: $25 - $29 per hour

- Enforce strict EHS policies, conduct routine product inspections, track daily production logs, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks, participate in root-cause problem-solving, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the plant floor.
