Responsibilities
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aptitude for non-major machine maintenance.
- Proficiency with the metric system and basic math/reading comprehension.
- Certified to operate powered industrial equipment (tow motor/forklift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (including overhead) and maneuver material rolls weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Physical capability to stand, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate raised work platforms throughout the shift.
- Self-starter with prioritization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or sanitary packaging environments is highly preferred.
