We are seeking an experienced Automated Packaging Machine Operator to oversee the setup, operation, and light maintenance of high-speed form, fill, and seal packaging lines. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting daily production output goals while strictly upholding product quality, weight accuracy, and sanitation standards. You will also provide direct oversight and hands-on guidance to line support personnel.

Responsibilities
Technical & Mechanical Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Hands-on Machinery Experience: Direct experience setting up and operating automated form, fill, and seal packaging equipment (or closely related high-speed automated packaging machinery).
- Troubleshooting Skills: Proven capability to handle non-major mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic adjustments independently.
- Regulated Environment Background: Working knowledge of strict sanitary compliance standards (GMPs, ATP testing, QA sign-off procedures).
- Technical Aptitude: strong math comprehension, ability to read spec sheets, and working knowledge of the metric system.
- Forklift / Tow Motor: Equipment operation experience required.
- Continuous Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout a shift, including overhead lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Heavy Material Handling: Ability to manually load and change film rolls weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Mobility: Ability to climb stairs, navigate ladders, and access elevated platforms to perform machinery setups and adjustments.
