job summary:
PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finishing Operator to join our production team. This is a fast-paced role within a growing company that values high-quality output and team collaboration. The Finishing Operator will be trained to operate our finishing rewind machinery and will be responsible for preparing printed materials according to quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Operate finishing rewind machinery in compliance with Quality Control Specifications. Inspect printed materials to ensure products are free of defects. Rewind larger press rolls of printed material into smaller rolls based on customer requirements. Prepare finished product for final Quality Control (QC) inspection. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all established safety protocols and company regulations. **Pay is $18+ based on experience
