<p><b>Job Description:</b><br/>Become a Picker/Packer at Ulta Beauty's Distribution Center! Join the Randstad team at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center in Chambersburg, PA and play a key role in bringing beauty products to life! As a Picker/Packer, you'll be responsible for getting products from our warehouse shelves into the hands of customers and Ulta retail stores across the country. What You'll Do: Use an RF scanner to quickly and accurately locate products. Pick and pack a variety of beauty products, making sure they're ready for their journey to the customer. Work with a team to inspect, count, and categorize inventory, ensuring everything is accounted for. Get hands-on with our products by stocking and tagging merchandise. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy. Able to count basic inventory to keep our records precise. Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout your shift. These positions are all potential temporary-to-hire based on performance, attendance, and productivty.
