Job Description:As Sanitation / Production Worker, your role will include basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping or vacuuming floors. Plus cleaning facility. This role will also be supporting daily operations to ensure nuts are cleaned, processed, and prepared to meet quality and safety standards. Operate and monitor production equipment used in cleaning, sorting, and processing nuts. You are also responsible for keeping bathrooms neat, clean, and well stocked. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met, removing defective or foreign material. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, sanitizing, and disposing of debris. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety guidelines, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with packaging, stacking, and palletizing finished products. Perform basic maintenance checks and report equipment issues to supervisors. They must maintain continuous communication with other team members to ensure supplies are ordered and available.
