Workplace Attire Policy To ensure safety and hygiene in our manufacturing environment, all employees must adhere to the following dress code: Top & Bottoms: Pants: Full-length jeans, khakis, or "Docker" style pants. They must be in good condition (no rips/tears) and worn at the waist. Shorts/Capris: Knee-length shorts and Capri pants are permitted. Shirts: T-shirts or collared shirts are acceptable. Sleeves are required (no tank tops or sleeveless shirts). Footwear & PPE: Required Footwear: Composite-Toe or Steel-Toe work boots or safety sneakers are mandatory. Shoes must be sturdy and comfortable for walking and standing. PPE: Additional Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) will be provided based on departmental requirements.
