Job Description:Join our production team to support the daily functions and operations of our food manufacturing plant. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflow and product movement throughout various stages of production, including packaging, baking, and freezing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of adapting to various physical demands. Essential Functions: -Rack pies on and off production racks and push products onto conveyors. -Material Handling: Push and pull wheeled racks to move products between the ovens and freezers. -Maintain a fast and steady work pace with consistent focus on tasks. -Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift. -Willingness to perform frequent reaching at all levels, primarily at waist height. -Ability to perform occasional stair climbing.: -Must be able to work full shifts and be available for required overtime 1st shift start times range from 4am-8am and end 8-10 hrs after shift start time 2nd shift start times range 2pm-5pm and end 8-10 hrs after start time Positions include: General Labor, Packaging Coordinator, Doughballer, Cook Helper, and Palleter, pay rate range is based on shift and position assigned: $21.46-$24.33/hr.

Food Safety & GMP Compliance Strict adherence to hygiene standards is mandatory in production: Jewelry/Piercings: No exposed jewelry/piercings (except a single, plain wedding band, covered by a glove). No watches, bracelets, or necklaces. Upper Body: Clean shirts with sleeves (no sleeveless); no tears or fraying. Lower Body: Clean pants; no tears, holes, or excessive wear. Content: Clothing must be free of all profane, suggestive, or offensive text/images. Required PPE: Company-issued steel-toe boots and necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn.
