Job Description: If you prefer having your mornings free and are looking for a steady, hands-on role, this 2nd shift position in Lincoln is a great fit. Working from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, you'll be part of a team that builds, repairs, and quality-checks products before they head out the door. You don't need a background in manufacturing to succeed here; we provide three full days of training with dedicated supervisors to ensure you're comfortable with the tools and the process. This is an active job that keeps you moving. You'll be on your feet using power tools, loading parts onto a paint line, and handling materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Because we stay busy, consistent overtime is a regular part of the schedule, which is perfect if you're looking to maximize your paycheck. As long as you have your high school diploma or GED, can speak English, and are ready to work hard, you'll fit right in with the team.
