Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. You will be the bridge between a mechanical drawing and a finished product, ensuring every cut meets our rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. Setup & Loading: Load raw materials and parts into the machines using proper fixtures; verify machine settings and tool offsets. Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure 100% accuracy. Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, organized workspace. Safety: Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and OSHA standards.
