Job Description: We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Associates who can operate heavy machinery with precision and take pride in keeping a world-class facility running smoothly. What You'll Do on a Typical Day Operate Heavy Equipment: Use powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials. Precision Scanning: Utilize handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy for inventory tracking. Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Perform inbound receiving processes and load/unload trailers as needed. Maintain Excellence: Adhere to our 7S program to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times. Quality Commitment: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy and a commitment to process excellence. What You Need to Succeed Minimum Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Certification: Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks. Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when the business requires it. Physical Demands & Environment: Strength: Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally. Agility: Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes and sizes. Endurance: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time and handle tools/equipment with manual dexterity. Climate: Comfort working in warehouse environments that may vary in temperature (hot or cold).

- Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
