Job Description: Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities As a key member of our assembly team, you will handle everything from sub-assemblies to finished goods across our specialized stations (Wash, Shop Pro, and Kits & Parts). Precision Assembly: Perform assembly tasks using manual and power tools (torque guns, screw guns, and gauges) while following strict station work instructions. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all materials and finished components to ensure 100% conformance to assembly requirements. Inventory Management: Monitor component levels for current builds to ensure material counts align with production demands. Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all housekeeping regulations. Packaging: Assemble custom boxes, totes, or crates to prepare finished products for safe transport. Team Communication: Collaborate closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers; promptly report any material defects or equipment issues to minimize downtime. Candidate Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Certification. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required. Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer tasks and comfort using industrial assembly tools. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a self-motivated "team
