Job Description: This 1st shift Experienced Assembler role ($18.00/hr) is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex assembly, wiring, and product erection tasks under general supervision. Working from engineering drawings and technical manuals, the specialist will utilize a thorough knowledge of tools and machinery to build systems and devise nonstandard procedures when necessary to resolve technical challenges. The position requires a high school diploma and 2-5 years of related assembly experience, specifically with a proven ability to interpret intricate wiring diagrams and configuration sketches. Candidates must be comfortable coordinating across departments to meet production goals, maintaining strict quality standards, and potentially assisting in the oversight of junior personnel.
