Job Description: Job Description: The PC Bench Tech will be responsible for working with a variety of different technology that comes through our warehouse. The PC Bench tech will troubleshoot and repair computers, laptops and various other technology that come through our warehouse. Minimum Qualifications Education: HS Diploma or GED required. Experience: Basic understanding of computer components required; Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers is a PLUS, but not required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to work in a fast past environment. Ability to work in a team environment to meet requirements for production and quality. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stay organized and desire to solve problems efficiently. Knowledge of electronic parts understanding and sourcing Knowledge of All-In One computers helpful Ability to lift up to 30-50 Ibs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Testing, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware. Removing/adding RAM Take stock and inventory of hardware and parts. Navigate the BIOS on all laptop and desktop computers. Inventory control and quality control Providing documentation Other duties as assigned.
