Job Description: This role involves navigating computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware on Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) within a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment. Key Responsibilities *Assembly: Effectively use hand tools (including torque wrenches and hoists) and fixtures to assemble WFE. *Documentation & Quality: Read and navigate detailed work instructions and schematics. Ensure the correct parts were delivered, perform visual inspection before installation, and verify work completion by signing off in Cell Fusion. *Teamwork: Work in teams to maintain workflow and production schedules. Provide flexibility for changing priorities, including rework and pilot build projects. *Communication: Maintain effective written and verbal communication in English, proactively identify and communicate production issues, and suggest continuous improvements. *Safety Protocols: Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines, including utilizing appropriate PPE and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO & ZEST) policies. Follow safe work practices, including a manual lifting limit of 35 pounds and using ergonomic aids. *Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Work 12-plus hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to manually lift and install parts up to 35 pounds. Able to navigate diagnostic software and use various hand tools (e.g., Calipers, Wrenches, Ohm meters, Torque wrenches). *Required Skills: Understands continuous improvement and exhibits attention to detail. Flexible, proactive, and able to take initiative. Able to utilize computer-based data systems and navigate Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
