Job Description: Ready to build a bright future with an industry-leading team? We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to construct fabricated and electrical components, subassemblies, and specialized enclosures. This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing tech company, offering eligibility for a $500 sign-on bonus once hired on permanently! In this role, you will interpret 3D models to guide the assembly process, using basic hand tools to build cabinet frames, main units, and sub-assemblies. Primary duties include installing flexibars and power cables according to product designs, reading and applying torque drawings properly, inspecting parts to ensure full compliance with quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors. Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED (technical or trade school preferred) and possess prior manufacturing assembly or transferable mechanical experience. Strong manual dexterity, the ability to use hand tools and wire crimpers, and comfortable basic computer skills are essential, along with the physical capability to stand for up to eight-hour shifts, bend, squat, kneel, reach forward/overhead, and climb stepladders.
